"Upcycling" - Creating Pen Stand using waste Plastic Bottles and the distribution of Pen stands along with the Signature Campaign for Parents.

OBJECTIVE: Creative use of discarded materials is now need of the hour so that we can create something of higher value than the original item. Keeping the same view students of STD VI to VII prepared creative pen stand to Promote creativity and enhance environmental awareness using waste plastic bottles and ice cream sticks. It turned out to be a great way to combine recycling with creativity. The activity encouraged participants to creatively repurpose plastic bottles and ice cream sticks into a functional pen stand which was given to the parents as a takeaway gift as a token of gratitude on 27/07/2024 on the day of PTM. Parents enthusiastically took interest and participated in the Signature campaign wherein they expressed their thoughts about this unique activity mentioning the large scale impact of reusing materials and turning into personalized items.
